Unfortunately, over the past years, a gradual relocation of production plants equipped with our machines has taken place from European and US-American to Asian sites. Due to this, we have lost a major part of important customers. Over the past years, the worldwide decreasing demand for our products and services had often led to an operating loss for the company. All possible alternatives for business restructuring were considered; however, after a thorough analysis, none of these were judged to lead to an improvement of the situation in due course.

The Supervisory Board and the Management Team therefore decided to stop the sale and manufacture of machines, turning IVF Technology AG into a pure service provider. Thus, the delivery of spare parts will still be secured.

The managing director ov many years of IVF Technology AG, Mr. Hansueli Blaser, will take over the management of the service department and will still serve you as competent contact person in the future.
